Returns:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, used items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
